I rent houses from SSVR regularly! They can accommodate our large groups, pets, and have some fantastic houses! Customer service is awesome, the whole team is personable, the company is flexible, and the houses are ALWAYS clean! We have a big trip coming up in September, and they were great to work with, as always!
My family and I stayed at Cherry Fish North over July 4th and we had an awesome vacation!!!! The home is beautiful and set right on the water front of crystal lake with a private beach and boat dock, the home is 3 houses away from the marina which made renting a boat or jet skis very easy. Clean home and would recommend this house to anyone! Thank you northern rental.

These people are AMAZING. The rental we have is beautiful and well maintained. A representative met is at the property and gave us a tour. I was awaiting an overnight delivery which Kylie received for me and then had it delivered to the rental. I left a tip for the delivery agent, which they refused in a kind note thanking US for being a customer. Our vacation avoided a catastrophe because of the GREAT customer service here. We rented a 4 bedroom house for my daughter's wedding at Crystal Mountain. I asked for early check in as we were housing the bride. They said verbally and in writing we could get in by 2 versus 4 PM. We arrived at 2:15 and the lock box was not working and the cleaning person had just arrived. We had to get ready for the rehearsal in one bathroom that she had just cleaned. I tried contacting the office and there was no answer. The house itself was great, it was the management company that was not.

A large thunderstorm rolled in on Thursday night and left our office (and the rest of Beulah/Honor) without power. If you had called our after-hours number, we would have been happy to speak with you about the situation. I believe you were still able to use the upstairs to prepare yourselves for the happy occasion? I hope the wedding was spectacular and we hope you consider us for further stays as long as a 4:00 p.m. check in time is okay :) Have a wonderful summer!
This company is great! We have stayed twice at one of their locations and both times they offered a great experience. They provide excellent service, are quick to respond, and the rental was immaculate and had everything we needed!
