We have used Resort Vacation Properties to rent on SGI for the past several years. While every house has not been free of breakages and overuse pretty common with rental homes, every issue we have had has been handled professionally. Our family also loves the discount for previous renters and the free beach equipment!

This was a family trip for our 25 the anniversary and very disappointing, for money we spent expected a better quality facility. Pool was filthy with green slime around edges and the liner is ripped. Furniture around pool was dirty. Inside house the furniture was old and ripped. Lamps would not come on and cable and wifi was difficult. The doors were stuck and would not open to both upper and lower patios. Sheets on king size bed did not fit and came off. Air conditioning shut down. Our family absolutely loved everything about our stay at Barrington Arms court. The condo itself was very clean and the location was just perfect. Standing on the deck we looked out to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. I highly recommend using Resort Rentals of Hilton Head for your booking.

This was our first time visiting HHI and staying at The Island Club 6303 , The condo was spacious and very homey and had everything we needed for a great stay . The view was beautiful of the ocean and the lagoon , we enjoyed the ocean and the pool and tennis courts . The kids enjoyed corn hole and feeding the ducks and turtles , we will definitely visit next year .
