So my mother was in a car accident has no car. Can't make it to an appointment and reschedule. Before the reschedule appointment gets here she ends up in the hospital with phenomena. The phenomena has nothing to do with what the reschedule appointment was for. This doctor has balls to yell at my mother for trying to schedule an appointment cuz she missed the reschedule appointment why in the hospital. This doctor is a joke. DOCTOR ALT is absolutely INSANE! She yelled at me and was extremely hateful because I asked how much longer it would be before we were seen. This was at 6pm and my appointment was at 4:10. After so much of her yelling I told her I was leaving and she tried to physically stop me from leaving. I had my 2 year old in my hands, I kept walking and when I got to the door it was locked and I couldn't get out.
