Worst manager in ****** and worst corporate office in ****** you cant complaint on that Mexican hoodrat name **** that runs this place..the only thing good about these apartments is they keep the grass cut..bed bugs in them drug dealers in them you will get your car broke into on them..if you move they will put something on you broken lease, no deposit refund, apartment not cleaned evennif you hire a clean person's like I did....these section 8 apartments has sections 8 mangers..
Do NOT, under any circumstances, consider renting at this place not even if you're desperate! My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. They can't even properly set up the furniture and appliances, and when things go wrong, they don't care about your damages or injuries.To name a few, appliances werent installed properly and running water is always an issue. Tried to get an **************. I was approved but before i was approved i was told they felt as if i was scamming and needed tons of information in which i had because I'm not a scammer. I get the approval only for them to say i have to pay 3months rent just to move in. Wow now that's unheard of especially when i have a fair credit with renters history. Worst experience ever.
