They never answer the phone
I came in for bumps in the back of my throat. Sat down and described what I was dealing with with the doctor and as I’m fighting for my life trying to find the root cause of all my issues. Don't waste your time. Had 3 visits and then the Dr told me he doesn't do surgery anymore he would send me to someone else. I was going for tonsil issues. When asked him about my sinuses since I have had many issues with them he didn't even seem to care or look into it.
This is the only ear doctor in the area and they do not answer the phone. It’s an immediate answering service that puts you on hold, Rings for 60 seconds and then tells you to leave a message and they’ll call you back but they don’t call you back. No matter how many times I call they do not answer the phone
