Fast and easy process. My stepfather felt much better afterwards.
Great people were helping me get better and I appreciate it thank you Mount Sinai team.

Brought our 6 year old in for a congested chest. The ER admission staff was quite friendly and helpful. Pediatrics ER staff were also quite helpful and made our boy comfortable. Hopefully we won't need to go back anytime soon but will definitely go back if needed.
It use to be a very good hospital. But ever it be came mount sinai it's one of the worse hospital. Everyone and everything sucks.
It all depends on who is working the shift. You can have the nurse or aid from hell or you can be surrounded by real Angels. It also depend on management, some floors have managers who really see that their patients are cared for while others left the staff do as they please. Good luck.
