The orthopedic doctors are great with my son since he broke his arm..
In the past I've had the very best of experiences when I had to visit the ER for myself or my daughters. I've witnessed St. Luke's to be very clean, professional, timely and attentive to their patients needs. However, the ER visit last night for my granddaughter was the first time ever staying so long. We were there for 5 hours or more. The staff was polite and helpful but the wait time to take the xrays was ridiculous and the wait time for the doctor to let us know the diagnosis was entirely too long. On Oct 10th my dad was admitted to ICU and was in critical condition until we lost him yesterday however in the middle and mix of our pain I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to the staff, nurses, doctors, and everyone who treated my father. I know you all made everything possible and impossible to keep him with us...you showed us nothing but love respect and compassion, our father is in a better place now but we are ok with it because of you ...thank you all once again...thank you for your care ❤❤
My dad came in through the ED and is in critical care now. Just wanted to thank all the staff at 114th, from the ED and surgical ICU for being so empathetic and treating my dad and family with such compassion and professionalism. During this tough time, in the name of my family, I once again thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you are doing for us.
