Had to bring our soon to be 3 yr old into SNCH emergency dept in LB last weekend for 104 fevers and a virus. The staff was great, facility clean and everything was done in a timely manner. Both Dr.'s Williamson and Gunn were great! I highly recommend this facility.
My dad needed emergency care last night so we came here and it was such a positive experience. The staff was excellent, he was able to get a CAT scan and appropriate medications and then he was transferred by ambulance to the hospital and taken to a room. We would use this again in a heartbeat!
Went there one Sunday afternoon to have my son's arm checked out after a skateboarding injury. The staff was great, very efficient and professional. If I had gone to South Nassau in Oceanside i would have waited for an extended amount of time, here we were seen right away. I highly recommend

I get migraines once in a blue moon, for the past week i have been having bad headaches but yesterday turned into a horrible migraine. I went to South Nassau in Oceanside but there was a 2 hour wait so I decided to go and try the South Nassau ED in LB. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken in by a nurse. I can't stress enough how nice and attentive all of the nurses, Dr and staff were as well as how clean the facility was. Just want to say Thank You! We had our 6 yr old daughter in your Emergency Rm last Friday. She fell on the pavement (when running) and ended up w/a stone imbedded in her palm, which looked like her bone sticking out. She was in hysterics screaming. The nurses from the get go were absolutely wonderful! Warmest bedside manner, as did both the Drs...and even the X-ray tech!! After a few X-rays, they did determine that she was going to need a plastic surgeon to remove the stone. And it was taken care of right there and then! Eve... read more
THEY SUCK! You asked, I told you. 8 hours sitting in the ER WAITING ROOM on a Sunday with my son with EXTREME abdominal pain. All they did was take his temp, snapped a bracelet on and handed him a clipboard to fill out paperwork. We finally left in disgust as it was OBVIOUS Medicaid patients get priority! A month later he gets a bill for $900.00? WTF is WRONG with those people?!
