4 hour wait for the ER just to get a bed then waiting still to be seen.
if you value your life, have someone drive you over the bridge so they take you to the main hospital (which is no better but we don't have any choice unless you can get to the Northwell Hosputals). You'll be better off going to City MD

worst Place ever!! Ambulance brought my daughter in who they thought was having a stoke and left her in the hall way for 30 mins then a nurse walks by and goes Ohh we didn't know you were here. NEVER again.
Treat paitents with respect noy like garbage I got CDIF from my stay there.
I could not be more happy with the Labor & Delivery unit at SNCH. Everyone is extremely professional, welcoming and supportive. The nurses and doctors here truly care about their patients and I cannot thank them enough for helping me deliver my baby and the support throughout the entire process.
Stop making people wait 9 hours to see a doctor.

Bed pan not emptied, no oral hygiene till 2:30 in the afternoon. No call back from the head of nursing or the hospital administrator. Next will be a complaint to the state board of nursing and the Insurance Commissioner office.
