It was ok. There service could have been better when new patients come in. And some of their bathrooms and waiting rooms need some upgrades. Ijs
I visited south Nassau yesterday due to severe throat chest and ear pain congestion and flu like symptoms and the triage process was fast and pleasant but the 2 hours wait when you in pain feels like eternity other then that once I was in they were able to address the problem gave Me pain meds and antibiotics and I went home soon after that!!
Working here is very comfortable my shiff ends at nine was not to bad last night everybody quite help full one love !!
Props to the staff, especially the nurses and staff in the pediatric unit!! My boys had their tonsils removed and it was as pleasant as it could possibly be because of the generous, kind, accommodating staff. I never have had sick a pleasant experience in any hospital. I felt the same way when my twins were born here 7 years ago. Thank you.
