Their ER service is not what it use to be, when they weren’t linked to Mt. Sinai. I went to the ER last week for a neurological emergency. They didn’t have a neurologist in their ER. I was given about seven numbers to call, to make an Emergency Neurologist appointment, and was offered an appointment with them four months down the road! HORRIFFIC STAFF. LITERALY WALKED OUT DOORS AND CALLED 911 TO BE TAKEN TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF HOW BAD THE STAFF IS. WAS SCREAMED AT BY DOCTOR AND TOLD TO "GET OUT OF MY HOSPITAL" BY DOCTOR... SO I DID. IRONY IS I DIDNT PICK THIS HOSPITAL THE EMTS DID. SHE ALSO THREATENED TO KEEP MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS DOCTOR IS ALLOWED TO HAVE A JOB. Getting tests results is impossible in this hospital.2 months now and I can’t get the test results I get the runaround I get different numbers to call and no answer from no one after holding for more than half an hour every time I called..... I probably have to go there and argue but I have no time because I work ..... No other choice I have to go ......
