If I could give this hostipal a 0 I would. I was there two times in two days. The second day people were only nice to me because I complained via survey. Then as soon as the shift changed at 7 the nurse that came in was horrible. So rude and lied to me. Will not be going back to this location. It’s a shame because the one in manhattan is pretty amazing.
Waited for 6+ hrs. just to be released without any sort of treatment. Bedside manners and patient care were lacking professionalism. The doctor pretended as if he was listening - he was not. Asked if i'd taken xxx brand of meds 2 minutes after i told him I took it twice. This place is awful.

The nurses in the recovery room at the mt sinai in queens are Angels. Especially yolanda. Very comforting and professional. Each and every one of the staff that passed by while i was recovering had a kind word, and not just for me. If you happen to be in this hospital, you can rely on being well taken care of. Thank you ladies, and God bless!!
It took forever for my baby to be seen dr was nice and caring but that hospital is the worst
