Their ER service is not what it use to be, when they weren’t linked to Mt. Sinai. I went to the ER last week for a neurological emergency. They didn’t have a neurologist in their ER. I was given about seven numbers to call, to make an Emergency Neurologist appointment, and was offered an appointment with them four months down the road! I had to step on shoes just to get a sooner appointment. That, came with a price of being on the phone for over two hours!
