1 star because I am now financially ruined. Had surgery at Mt. Sinai. I did my due diligence beforehand, confirming that the surgeon was in-network and surgery was approved. I confirmed with my insurance company, I confirmed it with Mt. Sinai, I spoke with the doctors staff and they said everything was hunky-dory. Well, it turns out that the surgeon shares a practice with his father WHO IS NOT IN NETWORK. Thank You to the wonderful staff at Mount Sinai Hospital!! My husband had a Cerebral Angiogram there today. We were amazed at how easy and efficient the whole admission process was!
