Great hospital.... In 1993,for the first time the liver team did a transplant from a living donor to a living person.... That was my daughter!!! ♡♡♡♡

Mount Sinai gave me a second chance at living a full life by giving me a heart transplant a year ago for which I will be eternally grateful! At 11:30 this morning after previously being cleared for travel for 2 vacations , I called and asked the transplant group to fax a letter stating date of transplant and also that I have been previously cleared for travel. Still waiting , after a few phone calls was told they were looking for someone to write the fax and send it. This letter was to give me a ticket at no charge to spend ... read more
