The WORST DOCTORS at Mount Sinai hospital (Miami) Dr. Estelamari Rodriguez and Dr. Marc E. Csete. Why would these doctors delay testing that's critical for treatment? Avoid explaining or being questioned, If you Get upset and demand information and an explanation why?. They Have you removed as the appointed health care surrogate and limit you from being with/visiting your loved one. I never had to deal with such unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful doctors.

I Think you guys would really benefit from having Secret Callers to rate your customer service. I know, I've never been spoken to like that at Baptist.
