Great service! I rather come here than anywhere else on this day it looked like something bit me on my neck. First I went to the nearest hospital from where I live which is N. Shore Hospital they told me it could take hours before they saw me because they had alot of ppl waiting in the E.R room So I left and came to Mount Sinai Hospital I was registered in much less than 10 minutes taken to a room and seen in also less than 10 minutes. I have come several times to this hospital I totally RECOMMEND IT.

Dr. LaPietra saved my life. I had an Acute ascending Aortic dissection. He operated on me till 4:30 am I lost alot of blood and my lungs failed as well..but I'm here to tell the story!.This team of Doctors and Nurses are the best around. The ICU was so good to my family and so experienced and professional. Step down unit..7th floor was great as well..I'm lucky to have been in the right place at the right time,,,oh..I went to the Mount Sinai Emergency room in Aventura when this all started..thanks to the Doctors ,Nurses,radio... read more
