I called because I thought I had a gum infection..noticed Fri. Aug 16...called Mon. morning Aug 19. I left a message and was called back right away and asked to come in as soon as I could get there.....I am 2 hours away. Jonelle saw me right away...took xrays and pictures and sent them to Dr. Zelen who was out of the office. All of you working in that office are AMAZING. Quick, decisive, knowledgeable, CARING. It was a pleasurable experience, overall. Bright room, soft audio distraction and a excellent hygienist who was gentle, informative, keeping me informed as to what she was doing and what was next.
