My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Craig at Mt. Pleasant Neck and Back for over a year now. I used to wake up with pain in my upper back every day, and now that's gone! He is very thorough, will do x-rays and prescribe treatment, but the decision is up to you. They are not pushy and will give you the level of service you request. The office staff is always friendly and attentive!
I am a Chiropractor from Myrtle Beach that was in Mt. Pleasant for the day, I happened to pass by Charleston Neck & Back and met with Dr. Craig who performed a great full spine adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. Craig if you are looking for a chiropractor. Thanks again Dr. Brian Brown.
My back and neck feel much better since I started receiving treatment at CNBC. Dr. Craig is great and I love the massage chair and the welcoming friendly team. Also, the "human" massages are "to die for!"
