They generally deliver on schedule, but there have been times they didn't. When I first started with them, their bottles leaked and messed up my hardwood floors a bit. They promised to follow up with me to resolve the issue. That never happened. Months later it happened again and I let them know. No follow-though again. This is a great service! I love having clean springwater, my delivery person Robert always has a smile, and very kind!
They cancelled my auto pay randomly after having an account with them for years. They did not tell me I wasnt making payments, not one call, letter, email (I thought my auto pay was on) and then randomly stopped my deliveries and now are insisting I pay five months of bills (over $500) to start service again. They admitted they were at fault but wont help me with payment plans and threatening to send me to collections.
Absolute worst company to get your water. What a joke. I am being sent to collection for which nobody can give me an answer to why. Do not get water from them. Worst customer service ever and you will get sent to collections without even knowing why, even after you been making your monthly payments. Bunch of crooks!!!
