I was trying to book an appointment here about a month ago. I went through the intake process, provided all the necessary info, and was told they’d reach back out to me to book an appointment. A few days went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I followed up with the intake person and she said that they’d get back to me the following week. I never heard back and ended up going to a different counseling practice.
Great therapists that really care about the individual. Knowledgeable and compassionate people!
