Mount Nittany was outstanding with our daughter. The nursing staff on the 4th floor could not have been more more caring and everyone from the nurses to housekeeping and dietary were all exceptional! It is obvious those she was treated by have a great balance of professionalism and empathy for their patients and their families.
my daughter was there on Feb 17 for surgery and was treated very disrespectful from her nurse on 4th floor. had to get the charge nurse involved because no o e would listen to her. very disappointed in the facility
Mount Nittany Medical Center is one of the only hospitals in the area that always treats my daughter with compassion and respect when she goes to the emergency room!! They go over and above to make sure she is as comfortable as she can be while treating her chronic illness. Thank you so much for making her visits so much better!! Everyone has been amazing every time.
My husband and I had a baby girl last week at MNMC. We had the best experience having all three children here but this was my first c-section. Dr. Hovick, Dr. Feffer, and Dr. Rutherford were an incredible surgical team to deliver our baby into the world. MNMC has the best nursing staff (for both baby and mommy)... caring, compassionate, knowledgeable nursing skills, and all-around, above and beyond care. Everything the people are friendly you never sit long the doctor's do an awesome job
My son is a type 1 diabetic and is in DKA , we have known since 2 or 3 am but we are still sitting here in the ER as of 730am waiting to get transferred to Hershey since Mt Nittany can't care for Pediatric patients. It's suppose to be an Emergency room not an Urgent Care.
