I’m here with my fiancée, he’s the patient, and they wouldn’t even let me back into the room with him. Not only that, I was told I couldn’t even wait in the waiting room. I had to go to my car. This is unacceptable. I have every right to be with my fiancée and know what’s going on. Especially since a mother went back with her daughter right before us. Ridiculous.

Treated my girlfriend poorly while she was very sick. The only nice one to her was the dr. When I walked her in even the front desk people had an annoyed off vibe. Don’t work with people if you don’t want to help. One way to make yourself comparable to clearfield hospital. Complete lack of sympathy or professionalism. She begged the dr to discharge her while still sick, because of her experience. I’m so disappointed.

My family just completed our two Covid vaccines at Mount Nittany. We were delighted by the total professionalism and organization by Everyone we encountered!! They truly made this experience a calming, positive one for everyone. Kudos to EVERYONE involved~ can't say enough about these front line workers <3

Wait times are way to high for simple procedures at the ER. It's bad business when it takes over an hour and a half to get a simple CAT scan. It's like there is no system for how to effectively treat patients, and everyone seems so unmotivated to do their jobs.

Their, Rebecca Tyson, willing admits she will demean and verbally degrade you for having colored hair, instead of doing her job and treat you/refer you because she thinks it makes you a "hooker".
