Your parts department is a joke. 4 trips for the wrong part and then you send my husband's blood pressure through the roof trying to claim you didn't sell him that part? Are you kidding? And to think our next car was gonna be purchased there, you are poor business managers practicing poor business policies. AutoZone has the RIGHT parts IN STOCK. And definitely never giving your facility any of our business ever again. And sharing our experience with everyone, including social media.
