You are the best! 4:30pm emergency (at least in my opinion) and I was fixed and on my way in 25 minutes! It may not be possible all the time but service like that once in a while is what makes your business great!
Just bought a new pathfinder and we love it! Wanted to give a shout out to our sales guy, Andrew! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating.
They did transmission work on my vehicle in Jan of this year that costed around 2k. Last week, only 6mo after the repair was done, I was told I need to replace the entire transmission and nothing is covered by the warranty. The warranty is for 12 months. It will cost over 5k. I'll be looking for a second opinion and consulting a lawyer. Stay away from this place . I own a 2013 rogue
Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband had an awful experience where he was not given the full trade in value of his car as he was putting down a certain amount and was due the balance back via check. When the check was not received he was given the run around by the employees as well as the manager Gene. Three employees acknowledged the facts that my husband stated and Gene the manager replied " well then they can pay you" Do not purchase or lease with this dealership.
