Very nice place although rooms could be kept a bit more tidy as there was some mold
Clean, warm and cosy unit, with 24 hr security cameras. Car park in front of unit. Private, quiet with good space and swings for kids. Good location, walking distance to Macca's an Westfield Mall.
I made a booking 5 months ago via Booking.com Contacted reception today to check on parking, and to confirm our booking in May… only to be told I had no booking. I have all the communication information on everything that was done …the confirmation details etc… I HAD A RESERVATION! Few excuses made… but really someone screwed up… it was even pushed that I had screwed up… hmmmm… Anyway be warned, check your bookings with this place. Will not be rebooking anytime soon… ever.
Service and people are great. Just close enough yet not in hastle and bustle of things!
I booked a room 4 months ago and when I arrived they "had no information" on my booking. I showed them my booking confirmation, he agreed that I had booked it with them. He scrambled for excuses and said "We must have double booked you but we would have sent an email out telling you we cancelled it." I would have rather he didn't lie to me and make something up.
