Doctor Shoaps and Joni are the best but the Office staff is beyond Horrible. I would recommend the doctor but not the office
My family contracted with this hospice to care for our Dad at the end of his life. Every nurse we had was fantastic. They were all very caring and compassionate. The only reason I won’t recommend this hospice group is that communication was awful. Our Social worker was non existent after our initial meeting and didn’t follow up at any time. There was pretty bad communication between different nurses who were seeing Dad. No one seemed to know what the previous nurse had ordered or said. ER is to slow!!! To slow for doing tests. Construction was going on too late at night - right above patient rooms. Closed my husband's bathroom off and sink.
