Fantastic staff and facilities. I have been treated here a few times for sports related injuries and the doctors are happy the help with non surgical solutions.
My drs office is in the same building so l wouldn't know about the exercise part of it
So much fun at open house. Great classes and instructors.
It is s great place to be part of their health wellness programs .
I joined a couple months ago. Friendly staff, nice variety of classes and equipment, very clean facilities and great pool for swimming.
