This place promises month to month memberships but per their policy to cancel you must come in personally or the won’t cancel. When I joined they told me no problem you can cancel anytime. Clearly they are trying everything to make extra money including continually charging people even if they call to cancel. The gym is not a gym anyways it’s more like a hospital gym that people go to after surgery. It smells like a hospital too. Equipment is very limited..avoid at all costs. Only thing good was the lockeroom.

Great Fitness Classes : yoga, Zumba, WERQ, body combat, body pump, cycling, aqua classes. Ancillary programs like Fit for Spring and Fall into Fitness which are competitions and grouo trainings. These have kept me motivated to work out on my own and take classes to get points. Since joining last year have gotten to an ideal weight and really have toned up. Trainers/instructors are knowledgable. Members are nice, place is clean open and never too crowded. Perfect!
