The ER room wait is ridiculous unless you go in by a squad. My mother is a stage four colon cancer patient who also has a spinal fracture and she has been waiting in the waiting room today in EXCRUCIATING pain for 5 hours and has been YET to have been seen by a doctor. She was just NOW taken back to a triage. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!
My Carmel has treated our family so well. My dad's journey began in the ER and now he's in hospice care.Everyone is kind and helpful. We are blessed and grateful.
A huge thank you to the Dr's and nurses and staff on the 5th floor for taking such wonderful care of my father for 14 days!!
