Very unprofessional. The wife is disrespectful. Mr. Logan does not respond to your requests. It takes months for him to fix stuff. Everything is everyone else’s fault and never his. Never takes responsibility for anything. Then proceeds to get upset with you for trying to ask questions or trying to get things done around his property. Let’s the grass go uncut for months. Looks like a jungle in your front lawn.

Slum Lords! William Logan and his wife Pat are dishonest liars. He'll never honor any contract he signs and will do everything to not pay you fairly. Your housing isn't his priority, your money is!
