Booking prices not honored. Had to change rooms faulty ac unit.
Great location. The main drawbacks were staff and room entertainment. The staff were professional. There were two women: a black woman and a what appeared to be Whasian woman. They were both "professional" but they weren't pleasant nor welcoming. They did just enough not to be rude but I expected more from a business that is based upon hospitality. This was 1/17/26 around 3 pm.
I am very disappointed with the way they deal with missing item. My smart phone showed that my smart watch is left in the room and in fact I contacted them just after I checked out in the morning while I am in the airport. They asked me to report it through their system but it kept coming back said they couldn't find it. They also asked me to update any details which I did but unfortunately the system did not allow me to write more words.
