Firstly, I phoned on a Saturday about 5pm tp book a reservation for a large party of possibly 30 people, and wanted to be sure they could accommodate a party of that size. I was answered by an automated message that thy were too busy to take my call, to leave a message and my number, so I did- no big deal; however there was NO call back until the following Tues. afternoon, certainly not a great start.
