This would be my third ride I purchased from Motorworld would never buy from anyone else again. Great experience.

My boyfriend got his bike serviced this week at Moto world, Jason helped us through the process. His level of professionalism was above and beyond. We will definitely be back to see him! Thank you Moto World of El Cajon, especially Jason for making our experience one to remember!

My wife surprised me a couple weeks ago with a brand new 2016 Polaris rzr xp4 1000. Three days later the recall popped. I waited two weeks then went into motoworld and Trevor saved the day. He got my rzr on the trail. Great service thank you Trevor. 5 stars for service and Trevor As for the salesman he must of thought my wife was an idiot. During the initial sit down Polaris was offering the %1.99 rate. Kyle came back with an offer at %9.99. It is cool ive bought 2 polaris machines in 2 years if they are bulletproof ill come back ilove the sales staff an i hope to see them again soon

Sales team was awesome, but the service department could care less about your business or the fact that you bought a brand new bike and it's a lemon first ride 5 things were broken. What did they do, tried to it around on me saying we broke it and lack of maintenance in the whole 2 hours that I've owned it. Horrible never buy here

Our service team is one of the best in the business, and part of that comes from checking every bike before it's put on the floor to be sold. Nobody wants their first ride to be interrupted by a few issues. That said, we're disappointed we couldn't see eye to eye on this issue, but our team will always do their best to make sure every customer rides away happy.
