Interest rate for tier one credit was extremely high (9.5%) unheard of... ended up walking away from deal. Other bike I did buy 4 weeks ago the payment cane back higher than agreed to Not A Fan of this dealership. Finance Mgr took 3days and me calling 4times to finally discuss payment concern. Their solution was come in and I’ll give you a hundred dollar gift card, even though the higher payment would cost me over $200.00 dollars over the life of the loan.. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again!!!!! Not happy

I'm getting ready to purchase a second Honda 7000 Generator from Chris in sales at Motoworld in El Cajon. Chris was instrumental in our first purchase in June and explained the operation of the generator so my husband knew exactly what the features and benefits were. I recommend Motorworld, where I bought a new Road Star, also I bought parts and services. They have excellent Services in all their departments. I live in El Centro, CA, but I don't care to drive until El Cajon, only for to buy anything for my bikes and sometimes for services. I can recommend to take your Gold Wing there, their mechanic is excellent, also customer service is really good. all their employees give excellent customer service. Congratulations Motorworld! Unfortunately for me, Motoworld of El Cajon has a service department that is pretty shaky. Corey and the service manager Jason took my KTM and promised to call back in a couple days to let me know the cost and what we needed to do to fix the bike, unfortunately after a week I had not heard back from them and I had to call them. During that call they told me nothing had been figured out and they were trying to call KTM of America but had not heard back. Really?
