RecommendedWe purchased a car from this wonderful dealership just this week. If I had just been driving by I might not have stopped in. CarGurus had listed the car with a carfax. The price was the best we found for the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Morgan was very accommodating and helpful with our purchase. She is professional, friendly and a refreshing change to high pressure salesmen. I highly recommend Motorworld and will certainly purchase from them again.
Had an awful experience with the manager Joe Brazil at Mercedes Benz motorworld in Wilkes barre. We ended up buying our Mercedes at Lancaster. Joe came in our cubical screaming at us about a previous awful experiences had and complained about on the test drive. Thought we’d give them another chance, another chance lead to another let down. My wife being a trauma surgeon will make sure to tell her friends about the experience!
