I had a great shopping experience at Motorvation and the staff was helpful and easy to work with. I bought my car and after a week the AC stopped working. I took it back to get it fixed and they "fixed" it and a the next day it stopped working again. Since then it works off and on. I have also recently found out that it is leaking coolant. A few weeks after buying the car it was completely out of coolant and a mechanic has worked on the hoses but there is still a slow leak. The service at Motorvation was phenomenal. The staff was extremely helpful through the whole process. Jeff was so friendly and stayed in contact with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. He even sent me a birthday card! Hands down fantastic customer service and great cars.
