Great experience yesterday at Motorvation. Randy and TJ were great to work with--it's a rare thing to finish the "car buying" day more excited about the conversations you had with two new people than the nice vehicle you had just purchased. That was our experience yesterday; they fed us, took care of our kids for a couple hours with their nice facility, toys, and treats, treated us like family, and gave us a SUPER good deal on a nice vehicle! We had an amazing experience. Jeff came and met me at my work so that I could test drive the car even with my busy schedule. They were very knowledgable and great to work with. The car buying experience was very smooth and stress free. Also, we received a very considerate, hand-written note from Jeff thanking us for our business. Beware of the 30 day warranty offered with your purchase. Two weeks after buying a Volvo, the air conditioner stopped working properly. The mechanic brought my keys back to me and told me there is a button that turns the air conditioner on and off. Seriously!! Randomly the car won't start, but I was told they couldn't do anything about that. The brake lights only work some of the time (I have now had the car almost 30 days) and I refuse to take it to them for service, as they will probably tell me I'm not pressing the pedal ... read more
