Customer services only goes so far. Yea they were great to get me a car that looked nice and shiny on top but only to find out I had to put $3,000 into it 7 months later for a bad frame on the Cadillac they sold me had been rusted long before I purchased it. But it's my fault I got took by a slick sales man. Won't let that happen again. Note to everyone get your car checked before you buy it.
This place is shit. Bought my truck from here and they told me that they would fix it and they lied. After getting it back from them when they said they were fixing it, I came across to find out that they didn't do one thing they said and it is costing me $6,000 to repair my truck now. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Stay away, far far faaaaaar away from this car lot.
August of 2015 I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape. Worst decision of my life. I wanted/needed a bigger vehicle as we were expanding our family. By November (week of Thanksgiving & my baby's first Thanksgiving) we spent it with out a vehicle because it needed a new motor. By January I had to replace the battery. We have purchased a few vehicles from Motormax and everything we have purchased has been incredible! We have owned one vehicle for nearly 4 years no issues with it or the other 2. Sales staff is amazing, our last purchase was 3 weeks ago and the saleman Brandon that assisted us was so helpful and easy to work with, a big thanks! Cannot say enough good things about this group of pros.
A few months ago I contacted Curt and told him exactly what we were looking for, he kept in contact with me anytime something hit their lot with the description of what we wanted. We were very specific in some options and a color! He came through and hooked us up on a beautiful Cadillac Escalade! They gave us a very fair trade in value on our Yukon and a great deal on the Escalade! Can't say enough good things about these guys. Super easy to work with and made the process painless!
Cars are junk here. They buy auction cars put in minimum work to sell them. They prey on bad credit customers. Most of the people these type of dealerships get are just happy they got financed for a newer car and really lose focus on the junk they are buying. Do yourself a favor go spend 100.00 to have the car inspected from another shop before you buy.
