I definitely recommend motormax of GR we tried to get financed at several different places and was denied and motormax got us financed for a really nice truck thank you guys so much I wanna put a shout out to Isaiah "Zeke" Ayers he's the one who we felt with and he was amazing they were so busy n he still got us our truck thank u so much we really appreciate it alot first time truck buyers here they HELPED us when NO ONE else would!!!! We worked with Glenn to purchase a van today. His customer service was amazing and he took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful. Kam, the owner, even came over and showed me all of the features on our new van. He even walked me step by step through how to use certain features on our van. We have had some terrible experience with car dealers in the past and this service was AMAZING. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future car purchases.
What a load of crap this place is. They let us test drive a vehicle that was LAUGHINGLY unsafe... we're talkin about THROW YOU AROUND THE ROAD UNSAFE. Apologize, apologize, promise to fix the issue and we give them nearly a week and a half to correct the problem... unfortunately for them, we weren't their typical desperate customer paying some criminally high interest percentage for their piece of crap vehicles... we brought it to OUR mechanic and ended up putting 4k worth of suspension, front end, ball joints and tie rod en... read more
everything about them is a scam total crooks I had to pay 6500 to fix a vehicle I bought from them within the first week and they have refused to remedy the problem very rude and evasive
Clearly they don’t handle customer complains correctly.
