have such a bad customer service. business relationship is build upon trust and these guys don't know what that mean. They have a top competitor right beside them called Northwest Auto and they do 101% better job than these clowns! The owner of this place should ask Northwest Auto to train the employee at Motorcade about customer service. I am giving a single star so I can post my review, in truth I will not give them even that..........
If you think they know how to treat the customer, go there early morning on Saturday. They donot know anything about customer service and also call the people "Rude" when you ask them to assist.
