Great dealership up front. Car had every option advertised I even checked to make sure. Never been more satisfied with a used vehicle and the purchasing experience
After selling me a car that was listed to have accessories, but didn't, the dealership told me that they would get them installed. They haven't, and refuse to. Now they say that they will send me a check to only purchase the accessories, but almost 45 days after buying the car, they still haven't come through on their promises. Dishonest and distruthful. Buyer beware.
The washers is the worst car wash ever stay away wasted an hour and got car back and still dirty! Just excuses!! Terrible!!
Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced at a car dealership that is supposed to say that the customer is always first!!

Looking to buy a car, my advice don't go to Motor Werks of Barrington! After purchasing our first car with them we decided to purchase a second, BIG MISTAKE. They DO NOT stand behind their vehicles. We purchased the second car just a little over a year ago, it has been in the shop over ten times, three with the same problem. Which they say is not there problem and the vehicle is fixed.
