Exceptionally unprofessional dealership. On top of a sales transaction that was riddled with general incompetence and difficulty, Motor Werks overcollected sales tax in the amount of roughly $600 and refuses to respond to inquires regarding when a refund can be expected. Emails to finance manager and GM go unanswered.
RecommendedHere's the bottom line up front: there is animosity between different staff sections internally in Motor Werks Cadillac and they openly voice their frustrations of one another. I firmly believe them being geographically separated from the main building has decreased the level of professionalism and quality of service. EVERYTHING …. SALES / SERVICE .. INTEGRITY
Everyone we worked with was very pleasant. Transaction took a bit longer than expected, but the computers for the state of Illinois were completely swamped... 12/30/19... everyone’s was trying to beat the latest tax hike scam by The good ole state of Illinois!!
Very profession and courteous and sales person, Greg Barone. I also found some of his fellow sales people to have a “team spirit” in heir cooperative and helpful approach, making for a comfortable environment overall in the showroom. In addition, I found the men in the finance dept to be helpful, provoking clear explanations and having a friendly manner.
Everyone was very helpful and worked with us to get the deal we expected. They went above and beyond!
I paid cash for a truck from Motor Werks Cadillac and 2 months later they didn't send me my title. Then they send me documents requesting over $2700 more. After reviewing my purchase documents, the amount Motor Werks is requesting was already paid the day I bought the vehicle. I've called numerous times and they send me to voicemail and haven't called me back.
Service group is excellent in customer care and quality of service and repairs. Take both SRX and my Lacrosse here.
Stopped in this morning, and the salesman didn’t seem interested in showing us a car, much less selling us one. He said he didn’t have access to the keys and didn’t know how/ who to get them from. Never asked or took our name or phone numbers. My guess is he thought we weren’t dressed like a Cadillac owner, but more than likely thought he might get wet, as it had just started sprinkling. Won’t ever be returning.
