Manager is completely rude. I will be reporting transcripts from seller to Horizon Hobbies on how they treat people when representing their brand. Totally unprofessional. Quoted my Husband a Higher price for the car after placing an ad stating the truck was $599 and to message for a cheaper price. Stating $700 was the price and calling him an idiot. The price is $599 all over the internet.. But OK pal. Only paid $750 for one with $160 in batteries. I will be contacting Horizon Hobbies regarding the issue. I'm sure they will ... read more

Not only does the owner offer great prices on the stuff he sells, he's knowledgeable AND willing to freely share his knowledge with the customer! He doesn't just sell you something and then you're on your own, he's a phone call away when you have a question. Go in and see for yourself what a great hobby shop this place is.
