They did a great job helping us into a problematic car. They refused to reimburse us for issues they recently fixed but did poorly like stripping our oil pan, using a rubber one to quick fix poorly putting on a value cover gasket leading to a major oil leak . Claiming “our team would never” but guess what they did. And worst part of said “why didn’t you bring it to us” well if your shop failed to fix this issue why would we? Only driven 7,600 miles before repairs on a Honda. If I was you I would stay away from here.
They are very kind and respectful. And work with you in buying a car. Only issue I have is I just had work done on a car I bought cash from them wiped my whole savings for this work and still owe some and since then my car has been still doing the same things and now chokes itself out. Couldn’t figure out why because with how much I just paid and what was done the idling should have stopped. I purchased a caravan almost 2 years ago now and my daughter just bought her first car from Moto now and we have had nothing but positive experience at Moto now and my next vehicle will be purchased from Moto now always five-star service from them!!!
