What a friendly community! From my first day, I felt super welcome. I came in with some Hip and lower back issues and they gave me a thorough assessment and helped me rehab and strengthen muscles that I had never truly targeted before. I really enjoyed working with Robin - he kept the workouts fresh and challenging!

Love the mission of Motive Training ATX. As an Army Veteran, I can confirm that Motive Trainers with their skill and approach, can help Veterans (and ALL) gain mobility and adjust their way of "dealing" with their physical set backs in a more positive light and path forward. Its amazing how many muscles and parts there are to our "body" that we don't even realize we aren't using...until Motive Trainers (through their expertise and advanced training) show us. From there on its only UP and you will/can gain functionality again... read more

The knowledge Brian and ... read more

Brian took great care to make sure I understood how to do the exercises to reduce my persistent neck pain and hip pain. His friendly considerate manner made it easy for me to ask questions. 2 months later hip pain significantly reduced. I can sit in yogic positions once more ✨

I can’t say enough good things about Motive Training. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and from the very first session makes you feel welcomed and supported. It truly feels like a community, not just a gym. The training is extremely personalized, and Brian always takes the time to explain the why behind each movement, which I really appreciate. Since starting, my shoulder pain has improved so much. I feel less stiff and sore overall. If you’re looking for thoughtful, individualized coaching with someone who genuinely cares,... read more
