I was very pleased to be counseled and treated by Dr. Clearfield for a complex knee injury I did NOT want to get surgery for ( total ACL tear, partial LCL and MCL tears and two small meniscal tears). I usually run, do crossfit and lift weights. My knee was VERY unstable! He had me get back in the gym and ditch my brace to work on my proprioception and strength within a week and a half from the tear. There are a LOT of nonoperative sports medicine physicians to choose from across the metroplex. Dr. Clearfield is one of the best and he's the only one I would trust with concussion evaluation and care, fracture management, and treatment for chronic injuries. He listens, takes his time, and is very thorough.
Dr. Clearfield is a wizard with the ultra sound. I cannot stress it enough, if you or a family member are having any joint, tendon, ligament, or muscle problems- please give his office a call. There is a whole another world of treatments available that this clinic can provide. 10/10 recommend.
