Great atmosphere, personal service and the best coffee creations around. The chai tea latte can't be beat. The food items, from dessert bars to soups and pizzas are fantastic. A must- do if you are in Carthage!

Kara and Ed Hardesty the owner of Mother Road Coffee are the best. I don't come in that often because I don't live in Carthage. But always remember me and what kind of coffee I drink. Kara even did a special order of coffee beans for Christmas gifts for friend back in Oklahoma City and the 3 bags were waiting for me this morning.
