Cheaters – They publish service coupons that seem too good to be true...they are!! They performed service work that was not discussed nor authorized by me. They then lied to my face when I called them on it. I've had mechanics lie & overcharge, but I've never had any just take it upon themselves to do service that was never discussed. I won't be going there ever again.
ANTI CUSTOMER SERVICE – The service department is not courteous and helpful. They definely do not go the extra mile to make sure that you will refer them or come back. If you buy a car from a different dealership they will not honor any of the other dodge dealer's agreements. On one occasion I brought my dodge to motherlode moters because my drivers side door wouldn't open. Well the service guy accused me of slim jimming my door.
