We have received very good service on our cars over the years from Mother Lode Motors. Eric, the Service Manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a major problem about a month after we purchased a new car. It was a factory fault and it was necessary to leave it in the shop for over a week. Eric was right on top of everything: rental car, warranty, servicing and major replacement parts. He has always been of great assistance to us. Thanks to Eric!
I have had an excellent experience with Mother Lode Motors. The service department explained everything to me. I was able to get my car serviced and back in working order. They are reasonably priced. The department manager was very nice. I recommend Mother Lode Motors to anyone who needs car repairs or maintenance. The cars they have for sale are reconditioned and they are in excellent condition. 5 stars. I recommend.
